NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Chimera announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per common share. The dividend is payable July 30, 2019 to common stockholders of record on June 28, 2019. The ex-dividend date is June 27, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share of 8% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable June 28, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on May 31, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 30, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share of 8% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable June 28, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on May 31, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 30, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.484375 per share of 7.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable June 28, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on May 31, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 30, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Chimera also announced the declaration of its second quarter cash dividend of $0.87222 (long first dividend period) per share of 8% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable June 28, 2019 to preferred shareholders of record on May 31, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 30, 2019.
