On November 2, 2023, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of its fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock, $0.50 per share of 8% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.50 per share of 8% Series B Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.484375 per share of 7.75% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, and $0.50 per share of 8% Series D Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
