On February 12, 2019, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock, $0.50 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.50 per share of Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, and $0.484375 per share of Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
